Amenities & Features FAQ

Yes, The Sally has on-site maintenance, and we offer 24/7 emergency maintenance on-call. 

At The Sally we have 24/7 remote lockout assistance. Residents can contact our emergency maintenance line for support. 

All FLATS®  properties, including The Sally, have access to a convenient online portal for maintenance requests, powered through the FLATS® life app. Just submit a form, and our maintenance staff will create an appointment for you! 

Yes, on-site parking is available for residents at an additional monthly fee. Please contact the leasing office for current rates and availability of paid parking passes. 

Currently, we do not offer furnished units at The Sally. 

Residents enjoy a fully-equipped fitness center, a rooftop lounge with a kitchenette, a rooftop terrace with gas grills and fire pits, and a dedicated pet run and pet spa. Additionally, all residents have 24/7 access to the extensive amenity package at our sister property, The Draper, which includes a rooftop outdoor pool, movie theater, and additional gym. 

Pet Policy FAQ

Yes! Just like all FLATS® apartments, The Sally Apartments is a pet-friendly apartment community in Uptown Chicago. We welcome both cats and dogs, with a maximum limit of two (2) pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions may apply. Contact our leasing office for more details. 

There is a one-time pet fee of $250 for your first pet and a one-time pet fee of $350 for your second pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Please note that fees are subject to change, so always confirm with the leasing office. 

Leasing & Applications FAQ

Yes, we require renter's insurance, for your protection since it protects your personal belongings in case of theft, fire, or other unexpected events. It also provides liability coverage if someone is injured while in your apartment. 

No utilities are included. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying for their own electricity, water, gas, internet, and any other necessary services separately from their rent. 

Once you submit an application, it takes 2-5 business days to be received and approved. Please contact our leasing office for more details!

You can begin your application for an apartment at The Sally online through the leasing portal. The standard application fee is $50 with a $20 holding fee. 

There is an Administrative Fee of $500 required upon lease signing.
